UD Trucks North America, Inc. is not responsible for any implied or written warranties that are made by the submitting dealer or his sales personnel in regards to the used truck either before, during or after the sales process. Nissan Diesel America, Inc. takes no responsibility for the correctness of the information provided by the submitting dealers participating in the use of this bulletin board. All customer inquiries regarding new and used trucks posted on the bulletin board are to be responded to by the dealer. Any disputes a customer / buyer may have regarding vehicles that were posted on the bulletin board will be the sole responsibility of the submitting dealer. Nissan Diesel America, Inc. however, will honor the balance of any “Expressed Vehicle Limited Warranty” that remains as stated in the “Warranty & Service Booklet” or the “Warranty Policies & Procedures Manual” for the affected year model used truck.
